David Marx

Marx, David P. MADISON - David P. Marx, age 43, passed away peacefully on Friday, Sept. 22, 2006, at his home. He was born on June 11, 1963, in Madison, the son of Paul and Neva Marx. David attended Madison East High School and graduated from LaFollette High School in 1982. He was united in marriage to Lori Riek on Aug. 9, 1986, at Bashford United Methodist Church. David worked at Apex, Embedded Systems, as an electronics technician. Since he was in sixth grade, he enjoyed operating his ham radio, WD9EKZ and N9GC. David enjoyed spending time outdoors with his son observing nature and hiking. He was a very loving father to Evan. David is survived by his loving wife, Lori; his son, Evan; his parents; and his sister, Mary Beth Marx. Memorial services will be held at BASHFORD UNITED METHODIST CHURCH, 329 North St., Madison, at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 26, 2006, with the Rev. Fran Deaner presiding.
