BARNEVELD - Scott M. Lewis passed away on Friday, October 30, 2026. He was born on July 3, 1959, the son of Donald and Barbara (Stadmiller) Lewis.
He is survived by his wife, Donna Lewis; sisters, Leslie Lewis and Willie Shrader Bethers; brothers, Rick (Cristie) Shrader and Steven (Hilary) Lewis; sons, Blake Lewis and Corey Lewis; step-sons, Travis Wlodarczyk and Brandon Wlodarczyk; mother, Lois Lewis; and five grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents and his son, David Lewis.
