Mari Miller

STOUGHTON - Mari L. (Seamonson) Miller, age 63, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, October 28, 2026. Mari was born on February 2, 1963, in Stoughton, the daughter of Paul and Barbara (Terry) Seamonson. After the passing of her parents, she and her sisters were raised by Betty and Donavan Seamonson. She attended the Stoughton school system. 

Mari was a very strong person who had to deal with a lot of health issues. Even so, she loved to attend family functions and holidays until she was unable to. She also loved to get together for cards and dice and a good meal with lots of laughs. She lived in Greenspire for the last 11 years and was friends with all of her neighbors. She had two special neighbors, Becca Lunde and Kristi Huberd, that she played games with along with her sister, Teresa, and her mom, Betty. She was also very helpful to those that needed help. She would help people bring in their groceries if she saw them outside. She would also offer to walk her neighbors' dogs to let them get exercise. One time she even bought a neighbor's grandson elbow and knee pads to wear as he was learning how to ride his bike. 

Mari was preceded in death by her two fathers, Paul and Donavan Seamonson; mother, Barbara Seamonson; grandparents; sister, Darcy; and her beloved dogs, Nitro and Jax. She is survived by her mom, Betty Seamonson (Jerry Furseth); aunts and uncles, Kay Seamonson, Edna Seamonson, Shirley Skinner, Jim (Joyce) Seamonson and Jerry (Pam) Offerdahl; siblings, Jack Lam, Teresa Seamonson, Randi (Marguerite) Seamonson and Brian Seamonson; children and grandchildren, Amanda Rall, Patricia, and Jocelyn, Brittney (Jordan Jones) Miller and Gethsemane Jones. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
