Billy Jo LaRock

HARMONY GROVE - Billy Jo LaRock, age 54, passed away on Friday, October 16, 2026. She was born on June 18, 1972, the daughter of William Dulaney and Joanne Squires.

Billy Jo graduated from Monona Grove High School in 1990. She pursued a career with the State Government as an IT Technician and was recognized as the youngest licensed insurance agent in the State of Wisconsin. Beyond her professional accomplishments, she loved crafts, animals, and boating. Billy Jo loved the outdoors. She was an avid golfer and alpine skier, and she often helped with the National Ski Patrol's administrative duties, of which her husband has been a member for the last 30 years. Billy Jo cherished trips with Barry to Door County and Michigan's UP. She loved her trips aboard and domestically.

Billy Jo is survived by her husband, Barry LaRock; son, Kyle Wheeler; and mother, Joanne Squires. She was preceded in death by her father, William Dulaney.

A memorial service will be held at LODI UNITED METHODIST CHURCH, 130 Locust St., Lodi, at 11 a.m. on Saturday, November 21, 2026. Visitation will be held at the church from 9:30 a.m. until the service.
