MADISON - Charles "Chuck" Brockman, age 64, passed away on Sunday, October 3, 2026. He was born on July 25, 1962, in Madison, the son of John and Patricia Brockman.
Chuck graduated from Oregon High School in 1981 and worked as an auto mechanic over 35 years.
Throughout his life, Chuck was passionate about repairing cars and had a particular interest in American Motor Eagle Cars and Rambler vehicles. He was an avid car collector, spending much of his time caring for and restoring his treasured automobiles.
He is survived by two brothers, William Brockman and Jay Higbie ; sister, Jane Brockman; nephew, Johnathon (Alicia) Brockman; niece, Melissa Brockman; an aunt, Suzanne Brockman Zeigler; two cousins, Eric and Mark Zeigler; and dear friend, Tommy Metzger. He was preceded in death by his parents, John Brockman and Patricia Higbie.
A Celebration of Chuck’s life will be held at a later date.
