MOUNT HOREB - Mary Latchford, age 87, passed away on Saturday, October 3, 2026. She was born on December 25, 1938, the daughter of Maurice and Marjorie Cleary.
Mary graduated from Hollandale High School in 1956. She was united in marriage to John Latchford on April 5, 1975, at St. Raphael Church in Madison and they shared 36 years together until his passing on March 10, 2012.
She worked for the Wisconsin Department of Revenue for over 20 years until her retirement.
She is survived by her sister, Patricia Hefty; brothers, Michael (Susan) Cleary, Dennis (Darlene) Cleary, Terrance Cleary and James Cleary; and her dear friends, Helen Wenger and Carrie (Rich) Pyka. Mary was preceded in death by her parents; husband, John Latchford; brother, Leroy Cleary; sister-in-law, Doris Cleary; and brother-in-law, Lawrence Hefty.
