My favorite memory of Gerri was when Mom, Laurie and I went to visit Gerri and John in Tucson ARIZONA. We visited many places, but the one that stands out was a mountain climb we took in bear canyon to a place called “seven falls. On our climb up we had an area where there were cliff edges that were very narrow and very high up we had to cross. I had heard humming behind me and waited to see who it was. It was Gerri! She stopped on the edge of the cliff and started taking pictures. My hearted was pounding, I thought Gerri could slip and fall. I yelled to her to put her camera away. She said, “I’m ok”. Gerri had no fear and truly loved nature. She loved taking pictures and was great at it. I’ll miss you Gerri!! You gave me the gift of great memories spent with you. Together again soon❤️❤️
