Mike touched our lives in so many ways. As an audio expert and salesperson extraordinaire…as a coworker with a highly developed sense of humor…as a friend to all. We at Pridham Electronics are fortunate to have known Mike. Our thoughts and prayers are with Kari and the rest of his family.

We are so sorry to hear about the passing of Mike Smith. We have such good memories of many trips we took with Mike and Kari - Hawaii, Arizona, Door County, California and out East. We will always remember - with a smile - the waitress at the restaurant out East who asked Mike and Jim if they wanted CAUFEE. That created a laugh that lasted a long time. We will miss you Mike.

I knew Mike through scouting and had attended several training sessions with him and as a member of Troop 132. I got out of scouting as my kids grew and sadly, we lost touch with each other. To say he was a committed scouter was an understatement. He was a good guy. I credit him for teaching me how to short sheet a bed as a gag at one of the training sessions we attended-the things one learns as a scout can last a lifetime-thank you Mike. I had never heard of the short sheeting thing, but it was one of many things I learned from Mike. REST IN PEACE old friend.
