We are saddened by the death of Mae. As her friends, we will remember sharing rides to the Saturday evening worship at Lakeview, her eagerness to learn and sense of humor at Bible study and her enjoyment of meal fellowship events for the community. Mae's friends at Lakeview Lutheran Church, Madison.

My memory of Mae is one of riding quads (ATV's) in the desert in Arizona. She was on the back of the quad my husband was driving and as they flew past my mother and I who were on our other quad, Mae yelled, " I love it". Mae was a good friend to my mother and our family was lucky to have known her.

I remember the mother of Janice, Jeannie, Joni and Scott as the kind of person who would light up a room with her laughter and humor. All of her daughters picked up this trait, which extends her memory for me. She and her husband Bob were quite the pair and together they raised a family that was special to mine for many reasons. I look forward to seeing her again one day in Heaven, and am sure I will recognize the wonderful laugh before I see her, or the wonderful smile before i hear her. .

There are no words that can ever express our heartbreak in hearing the news of losing Mae! I'm so grateful that I was able to spend time and visit with her very recently.
We were lucky enough to be a part of her life for over two years, since we first sent our Angels in to help Mae get around town and anything else she needed. There were times that I got to be her Angel.
The relationship we forged was so rich and special to me-she was like family. She is thought of every day and will be dearly missed. The memories and conversations we shared will stay with me forever.
