Vince: So sorry to read about Arline's passing.. I remember her from back in the days when you were courting and you used to come and visit Homer and Mary Ellen. Libby. My sympathy to the Mackesey and Frank families. I worked with Arline in the DOR income tax audit section of the late Dan Peterson back in the 1970's. She was definitely a hard worker and a true professional Wisconsin state employee!
