My thoughts and prayers go out to Tami's family. She was a very "special" person. Tami ALWAYS had a smile that drew you towards her no matter how she was feeling. She fought a hard battle and was so upbeat. She is definitely an inspiration to all of us. I will miss her but she leaves behind many good memories that hopefully will help heal the pain and loss in time. We have lost a very special person...her students have lost a wonderful teacher.

I am very sorry to hear of the loss of such a wonderful, beautiful woman. My thoughts and prayers are with you. Hugs.

Tami-You were an inspiration to all the people at West Elementary. Not only were you a super teacher, but your attitude during your sickness was extraordinary! Thank you for all of your fine work with our kids, you truly made a positive impact on their lives. We will dearly miss you!

Tami will be missed by more people than she will ever know. I have never known a more courageous person in my life. She battled cancer with a determination and positive attitude that was inspiring. Tami was a teacher all teachers should aspire to be; dedicated, stubborn when needed, nurturing and kind. Your friendship will be with me always. Love ya, Mary
