Obituary

MADISON- Shirley A. Poole died suddenly at home on Saturday, Sept. 3, 2011. Baptized as one of Jehovah’s Witnesses in 1955, Shirley treasured the hours she was able to serve her God Jehovah. She found great joy helping people learn God’s Truth from the bible. Shirley retired from AT&T in 1990, where she was an in house service representative. Surviving Shirley are her husband, Neal of Madison; son, Michael (Rhonda) Johnson of Fort Pierce, Flo.; daughter, Cheryl (Scott) Wardell of Madison; and sister, Joyce Poole of Madison. An extended family of relatives and friends also mourn her loss. She was preceded in death by her siblings, Caryl Christensen and Paul Schimming of Madison. A joint memorial service will be held for Shirley and her sister, Caryl (who passed away July 17, 2011) at the KINGDOM HALL OF JEHOVAH’S WITNESSES, 5475 Portage Road, Madison, on Friday, Sept. 9, 2011 at 7 p.m. Memorials may be sent to the Kingdom Hall on Portage Road. “Precious in the eyes of Jehovah is the death of His loyal ones” -Psalm 116:15 Memorials may be sent to the Kingdom Hall on Portage Road.
