Obituary

MIDDLETON - Patricia Ann 'Patty' Dunn, age 38, passed away on Thursday, December 18, 2003 . She was born on October 28, 1965 in Madison, the daughter of Philip and Catherine (Armstrong) Dunn. Patty was a 1984 graduate of Middleton High School. She worked at Falk School as an aide to handicapped children and had belonged to Mad City Church. Patty is survived by two sons, Matthew and Tony Schmid; a daughter, Robyn Schmid; her mother, Catherine Dunn; two brothers, Dan (Camille) Dunn and David (Bonnie Oleson) Dunn; a special friend and companion, Bob Patty Ann Dunn; a niece and nephew, Haley Rose and Nolan Philip Dunn and many aunts, uncles and cousins, including Michelle and Lori Armstrong, her dearest friends from childhood. She was preceded in death by her father, Philip Dunn on August 19, 2002. Patty's family and friends will remember her as a loving Mother with a wonderful sense of humor. She never judged people by their looks or actions - she had a great sense of caring - often helping others. We rejoice in knowing Patty is in heaven with her Dad who affectionately called her 'Patty Girl'. The Christmas season was her favorite time of year and we will miss her holiday radiance. Graveside services will be held at Resurrection Cemetery, 2705 Regent Street, Madison at 10:00 AM on Wednesday, December 24, 2003. Family and friends may call from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM on Tuesday, December 23, 2003 at the GUNDERSON WEST FUNERAL HOME, 7435 University Avenue (near Parmenter Street) Middleton .
