Mary Ann (Heiman) Clawson

Clawson, Mary Ann (Heiman) MADISON - Mary Ann (Heiman) Clawson, age 63, of Evansville, passed away on Thursday, Feb. 15, 2007, at her daughters home after an extended illness. She was born on Oct. 30, 1943, in Madison, the daughter of Gilman and Evelyn Nelson. Mary Ann worked at Wisconsin Porcelain in Sun Prairie, Jack and Mary Anns, White Bar/Red Barn in Evansville, and most recently at Walmart in Stoughton. She is survived by her children, Debra (Gary) Stueber of Cottage Grove, Gene (Elvie) Heiman of Evansville, Dennis Heiman of Marshall and Jackie Heiman of Evansville and Madison; grandchildren, Bernadette Eckstein, Becky (Dan) Kratochwill, Mark Stueber, Riva Stueber, Peter Heiman and Amy Arms; great-grandson, Kyan Kratochwill; brothers and sisters, Barb (Carl) Redepenning, Beverly (Eddie) Brown, Robert (Sandy) Nelson and Linda Cowell; her best friend, and dog, "Kidd." Mary Ann was preceded in death by her first husband, Robert Heiman; second husband, Ivan Clawson; her parents; and a brother, Charles T. Nelson. Funeral services will be held at GUNDERSON STOUGHTON FUNERAL HOME, 1358 Highway 51, at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 20, 2007, with the Rev. Brad Homan presiding. Burial will be held at Lutheran South Cemetery. Visitation will be at the funeral home on Monday, Feb. 19, 2007, from 4 p.m. until 8 p.m. Special thanks to UW Hospital, HospiceCare and all the staff at Walmart in Stoughton for their care and support given to Mary Ann.
