Gunderson Funeral Home deBower, Marion COTTAGE GROVE - Marion deBower, age 87, passed away on Wednesday, April 11, 2007, at St. Marys Hospital. She was born on May 28, 1919, in Wisconsin Rapids, the daughter of Richard and Louise Sawaska. Marion was the proprietor of Buds grocery store for 26 years before retiring. She is survived by her daughter-in-law, Patricia; grandchildren, Denise (Todd) Milanowski and Derek deBower (fiancee, Rachel); great-grandchildren, Foster, Delaney and Abbott Milanowski and Raegan deBower; and sisters, Marge Swanson and June (Tom) Gilmaster. Marion was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Aubrey "Bud"; a son, David; brothers, Fred, Ed, Bill and Richard; brother-in-law, Clifford Swanson; and nephew, Mark Swanson. Funeral services will be held on Sunday, April 15, 2007, at 1 p.m. at GUNDERSON EAST FUNERAL HOME, 5203 Monona Drive, with the Rev. Luke Werre presiding. Visitation will be at the funeral home from 11 a.m. until the time of the service. Burial will be at Cottage Grove Cemetery, Cottage Grove.
