Mary Agnes (Bleck) Peterson

Peterson, Mary Agnes (Bleck) MADISON - Mary Agnes (Bleck) Peterson, age 83, died on Friday, May 18, 2007, in comfort and peace at HospiceCare in Fitchburg. She was born on Nov. 29, 1923, in South Milwaukee, the daughter of Albert T. and Marie E. (Grobschmidt) Bleck. The family later moved to Madison where Mary attended St. Raphael grade school and Edgewood High School graduating with the class of 1941. Mary retired from Roselawn Memorial Park Cemetery in 2002, where she was employed as office manager for over 30 years. She belonged to St. Dennis Parish, finding great joy participating in the RCIA program, scripture groups and book club. Mary is survived by her daughter, Ann; a grandson, Jonathan (Stacy); a brother, Charles (Mary Jane) Bleck; two nephews and a niece, Tom, Marty, Jane and their families. She was preceded in death by her parents; an infant brother, James; and her son, William. A Memorial Mass will be held at ST. DENNIS CATHOLIC CHURCH, 505 Dempsey Rd., Madison, at 11 a.m., on Friday, May 25, 2007, with Father Kent Schmitt presiding. Private inurnment will be held at Roselawn Memorial Park.
