Jaquish, Donald R. "Jake" MONONA Donald R. "Jake" Jaquish, age 82, died on Sunday, Nov. 25, 2007, at Meriter Hospital, Madison. He was born on Dec. 25, 1924, in Monona, the son of Fred and Bonnie (Walluks) Jaquish. Jake formerly worked for Wisconsin Bell/Ameritech in Madison. He is survived by his wife, Marilyn (White) of Madison; two children, Janet Reinen of Sun Prairie and David Jaquish of Monona; two grandchildren, Brent and Brenda Reinen; and many other relatives. A memorial service will be held at GUNDERSON EAST FUNERAL HOME, 5203 Monona Drive, at 11 a.m., on Wednesday, Oct. 15, 2008. Visitation will be at the funeral home from 10 a.m. until the time of the service. Graveside services were held at Mount Hope Cemetery, Brooklyn.
