C. Vaughn Pernot

Pernot, C. Vaughn "Vino" STOUGHTON C. Vaughn "Vino" Prenot, age 77, of Stoughton, formerly of Madison, passed away on Tuesday, Nov. 27, 2007, at Stoughton Hospital. He was born on March 8, 1930, in Stoughton, the son of Anthony and Mildred (Bartz) Prenot. Vino enjoyed bowling and was one of Madisons top bowlers in the 1950s and 60s. He worked at Madison Kipp for more than 40 years, retiring in 1990. Vino is survived by his brother, Gerald of Stoughton; sisters, Donna Holm of Verona and Jeanne Besse of Florida; nieces and nephews, Ernest Anthony Besse, Barbara Ann Stokes and Terrance Joseph Besse; and four great-nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; a brother, Dr. Robert Pernot; and a niece, Belinda Besse. A memorial service will be held at GUNDERSON EAST FUNERAL HOME, 5203 Monona Drive, on Saturday, Dec. 8, 2007, at 11 a.m., with Rev. Pat Siegler presiding. A private burial will be held at Roselawn Memorial Park. Visitation will be at the funeral home on Saturday, from 10:30 a.m. until the time of service.
