The family wishes to thank the Heritage Woods Assisted Living staff and St. Elizabeths 4th floor Subacute Unit staff. All have been so kind and gentle in providing care to Lavina. We want to extend a special thank you to Erika Dorn, who gave her special attention in both places. To my children and grandchildren. Be not sorrowful that I am gone, and my earthly life is done. Be not sad that I passed away, for in you my children, I live each day. There is a little of me in all of you. Ill never really be gone, as long as there are children to carry on. Ive had my share of love. Ive lived a good and full life. So do not mourn, and do not weep, I am at peace in my sleep. With love, Mom/Grandma
