I'm so sorry to hear about Whitey. When I think of him, he brings back great memorys of he and my dad, John Whitmyer - playing softball, goofing around and having a good time. Whitey represented just plan fun! I know he and dad are now back having fun and I would guess playing softball and once again, goofing around. Keep your memory of him close to your heart because he will always be with you. Take care. Regards to all.

I'm sorry to hear about Whitey's passing. One of my fondest memories of Whitey's is he was at my parents house just being Whitey joking around wth my dad John Whitmyer. The phone rang and Whitey anwswer it by saying Whitmyer's summer home - some are home some are not. I laughed so hard I couldnt talk!!! Whitey always had a smile on his face and was laughing about something. I'm sure he and my dad are cutting it up in heaven. My deepest sympathy to Linda and Scottie and family.

Dear Jenkin's Family,
I am saddened to hear of Whitey's passing. We worked as volunteer firefighters together back in the 70's and 80's. One rememberance is when Whitey brought in a helicopter to dry the softball field after a torrential rain interupted the firemans tournament. Always thinking. May he rest in peace.

Dear Jenkins Family;
I am deeply saddended to hear of Whitey's passing. I hold fond memories of him at Angell Park. While he was a flag man there, a week would never pass without him coming over to give me a 'BIG' hug followed by a huge smile.
I will hold a fond memory of our last visit together, over the summer. We must have talked for over an hour. I will miss him very much. My deepest sympathy to you all.
