Pauline A. Edgren (Busser)

MADISON - Pauline A. (Busser) Edgren, age 99, of Madison, passed away on Saturday, Feb. 7, 2009, at Karmenta Center. She was born on June 19, 1909, in Belleville, the daughter of Paul and Maude (Osborn) Busser. Pauline married Ernest Edgren on May 10, 1962, and he preceded her in death. She worked for Wisconsin Bell for 39 1/2 years until she retired, and was known as "Buzz". Pauline was a member of Door Creek Church. Pauline is survived by her niece, Carolyn Roelke of Madison; nephew, Bill (Margo) Busser of Reedsburg; great-nieces, great-nephews and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband; parents; brother, Bill (Dorothy) Busser; nephews, Vernon "Shorty" (Betty) Busser, and Cliff Roelke. Funeral services will be held at GUNDERSON EAST FUNERAL HOME, 5203 Monona Drive, Madison, at 11 a.m., on Wednesday, Feb. 11, 2009, with the Rev. Cal Steiner presiding. Burial will be at Maple Hill Cemetery, Evansville. Visitation will be at the funeral home, from 10 a.m. until the time of the service on Wednesday. Memorials may be made to Karmenta Center.
