Ruedebusch, Estelle M. "Tala"MONONA - Estelle M. "Tala" Ruedebusch, age 102, of Monona passed away peacefully in her sleep on Sunday, July 26, 2009. She was born on Jan. 4, 1907, in Beaver Dam, the daughter of Warren and Ida (Miller) Davis. Estelle married Eugene Ruedebusch on Feb. 16, 1928. She was a charter member of St. Stephen's Lutheran Church. Estelle was a very active woman her whole life. She enjoyed bowling and swimming and was an Avid Packer fan. Estelle is survived by her son, Carl (Deb) Ruedebusch of Madison; grandsons, Jeff (Jennifer) Ruedebusch and their children, Kayla and Kaden, and Mike (Kirsten) Ruedebusch and their children, Henry and Max; sister-in-law, Arliss Davis; and nieces, nephews and cousins. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Eugene; and brothers, Elmer and Leon (Violet) Davis. Funeral services will be held at GUNDERSON EAST FUNERAL HOME, 5203 Monona Drive, Madison, at 11 a.m., on Tuesday, July 28, 2009, with the Rev. Tim Hansen and the Rev. Nick Utphall presiding. Burial will follow at Roselawn Memorial Park. A visitation will be held Tuesday at the funeral home from 10:30 a.m. until the time of the service.
