Klade, David C. OREGON - David C. Klade, age 45, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday,Sept. 6, 2009. He was born on July 7, 1964, in Lincoln, Neb., the son of Gerald and Sandra Klade. David worked as manager of numerous bars and restaurants, most recently Chuck E. Cheese. He enjoyed playing golf and poker, but the most important thing was spending time with his girls. David is survived by his daughters, Quinlyn, age 9 and Olivia, age 6; mother of his children, Lisa, all of Oregon; his parents, Gerald and Trudy Klade of Lakeland, Fla.; two sisters, Renae (John) Bingham of Memphis, Tenn. and Laura (Aaron) Pacholke; nieces, Kaitlynn and Neena, all of Tampa, Fla.; mother-in-law and father-in-law, Janice Grant and Bob Martin of Oregon; and other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Alleta Klade; and his grandparents, Merrill and June Potter. Funeral services will be held at GUNDERSON OREGON FUNERAL HOME, 431 Soden Drive, Oregon, at 1 p.m. on Monday, Sept. 14, 2009, with the Rev. Jerry Amstutz presiding. Visitation will be held at the funeral home from 2 p.m. until 4 p.m. on Sunday, Sept. 13, 2009. In lieu of flowers, memorials can be given for an educational fund to be established for his daughters.
