The Paynter family was saddened at the news of Mike's passing. Mike was a kind and gentle person with a smile and twinkle in his eye. We enjoyed many Gulf Shores vacations with Mike and Jeri. Our sympathies to the Merdler family. The Oxford Paynter Family
