Hi Family,
Heard the news from Ray & Shirley (Mom's sister at Verona). Sorry to hear about Jim. He was a lot of fun! I'll never forget the first time I met him when he picked me off the ground riding his mare after I fell off Diamond the first time I rode her behind Kartman's house. She dumped me going around the corner! I was 8 or 9 yrs old. Lots of good memories with your family. Do you still have the resort? Been looking for places to go fishing out of Iowa!

Judy and family,
I was so sorry to hear about Jim's passing; I didn't know he wasn't well, I guess I'm not as up on things since I haven't lived on Barby Lane for so long now.
I always enjoyed my conversations with Jim over the many years...and cocktails on the patio! He reminded me a lot of my Dad...a true cowboy at heart, a hard worker, and always up for a conversation about anything. Of course, with both of us being into hunting/guns/fishing, we always had that to talk about also.
He was a great neighbor/friend to me for nearly 20 years, and I won't forget him.
My sympathies to you and your family.
Regards,
Bradley Brunker
