Ann Morgan

Morgan, Ann MADISON-Ann Morgan, age 73, lifelong resident of Madison, passed away on Friday, June 11, 2010, unexpectedly at home. She was born on Oct. 2, 1936, in Madison, the daughter of Melvin and Eleanor Roh. She married Floyd Morgan on Oct. 16, 1954 at St. Raphael Cathedral in Madison. Ann enjoyed reading, dogs, country music, especially Johnny Cash and had many friends. She loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. She worked at Madison General Hospital and also at the Curve Restaurant. Ann is survived by her husband, Floyd Morgan; children, Denise (Bob) Jacobson, Deb (Fran) Vacha, Daniel Morgan, Doris (David) Swanson, David (Heather) Morgan; 10 grandchildren, Wade and Kelsey Jacobson, Morgan and Mitchell Vacha, Kaila, Madison and Brandon Swanson, Tyler, Sydney and Amber Morgan; sisters, Florence (Dick) Pollock, Frankie (Jim) Femrite, Pat Hadden; and brother, Tim (Kathy Jo) Roh. She was preceded in death by her parents. A celebration of Ann's life will be held at the VFW, 301 Cottage Grove Road, Madison, from 4 p.m. until 7 p.m. on Thursday, June 17, 2010.
