Lawrence Brown

River Falls / Middleton - Lawrence "Larry" Brown, age 72 , of River Falls, formerly of Middleton, passed away on Friday July 2, 2010 in River Falls. Larry was born December 28, 1937 in Middleton, the son of James J. and Dorothy Brown. He married Mary Jo Schmidt on January 20, 1962 at St. Bernard's Catholic Church in Middleton. Larry attended Middleton High School, and served his country in the United States Air Force. Larry is survived by three sons, Jim Brown of Oregon, Larry (Laura) Brown of Hudson, and Jerry (Lynne) Brown of Fitchburg, four grandchildren Kati Elizabeth, Matthew James, Samuel Joseph, and Lydia Marie Brown, a brother Ron (Joyce) Brown, brother-in-law Scott (Janet) Miller, and three nieces and a nephew. Larry is preceded in death by his parents, a his wife Mary Jo Brown.A Memorial Service will be held at, GUNDERSON WEST FUNERAL HOME, 7435 University Ave. Middleton at 7:30 PM on Thursday July 8, 2010. A visitation will be held from 5:30 PM until the time of the service on Thursday at the funeral home.
