Obituary
MADISON- Julie K. (Gleash) Craig, age 49, passed away on Thursday, Aug. 5, 2010, at HospiceCare. She was born on Sept. 11, 1960, in Madison, the daughter of James and Patricia (Aikins) Gleash. Julie graduated from Madison West High School, class of 1978, and also attended Madison Area Technical College. She married John Craig on May 30, 1987, in Madison. Julie worked at EDS until her retirement in 1998. Julie was a member of Little Britches Rodeo of Wisconsin, Wisconsin High School Rodeo, director of Southern Wisconsin Pointing Dog Club and director of Cedar Creek RV Owners Club. She loved dogs, gardening, rodeos, traveling and flea markets. Julie loved life and spending time with her family and many friends. Julie loved the Green Bay Packers and attended many games. She was good friends with Fuzzy Thurston. Julie was very involved in many RV events and traveled throughout the United States where she met many of her friends. She was a friend to everyone. If she hadnt met you, she was a friend you hadnt met yet. Julie is survived by her husband, John;parents, James and PatriciaGleash;her dogs, Taz and Daisy Mae; and many, many friends who are so special to Julie and John. She was preceded in death by her maternal grandmother, Betty Aikins. Funeral services will be held at GUNDERSON EAST FUNERAL HOME, 5203 Monona Drive, Madison, at 11 a.m. on Saturday, Aug. 14, 2010. Entombment will be at Highland Memory Gardens. Visitation will be held at the funeral home from 4 p.m. until 8 p.m. on Friday, Aug. 13, 2010, and from 10 a.m. until the time of service on Saturday. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to HospiceCare. As a tribute to Julies love for the Green Bay Packers, please wear your favorite Packers attire in her honor.

So sorry that I could not get up to see Julie before she passed. My deepest symphony to you and the rest of her family. There are so many good memories that I have of Julie, both at work and away, especially away from work. I enjoyed every visit I had with you here and back in Wisconsin. God be with you and yours.
