DeGroff, Margaret M. "Peggy"
MADISON - Margaret M. "Peggy" DeGroff, age 70, of Madison, passed away on Monday, Sept. 13, 2010, at home peacefully. She was born on Feb. 29, 1940, in Madison, the daughter of Merlin and Anne (Dussling) Wall. Peggy married Everett DeGroff on May 14, 1957, in Michigan. She was a daycare provider in her home and also at Bethesda Christian Fellowship. Peggy was a member at Bethesda Chrisian Fellowship. She volunteered at Frank Allis School and enjoyed traveling, fishing at the family cabin in Canada, reading and spending time with the family and her friends. Peggy is survived by her children, Jeff DeGroff of Madison; daughters, Kim (Todd) Toussaint of Fitchburg, and Theresa (Tim) Abing of Sun Prairie; granddaughter, Danielle Rowland of Sun Prairie; great-grandaughter, Triniti Rowland of Sun Prairie; and brother, Robert (Liz) Wall of Janesville. She was preceded in death by her husband, Everett in 2004; her parents; and her dogs, Tuffy No.1, Tuffy No.2, Tuffy No.3, and Bucky. Funeral services will be held at BETHESDA CHRISTIAN FELLOWSHIP, 3245 E. Washington Ave., Madison, at 11 a.m. on Friday, Sept. 17, 2010, with the Rev. Bryan Peterson presiding. Burial will be held at Highland Memory Gardens. Visitation will be held at GUNDERSON EAST FUNERAL HOME, 5203 Monona Drive, Madison, from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 16, 2010, and at the church from 10 a.m. until the time of service on Friday. Memorials may be made to Iowa County Humane Society or to HospiceCare Inc. A special thank you to all the family and friends, as well as HospiceCare Inc. for all the care they gave Peggy.

I will always remember Peggy as a sweet, nice caring person. The moment i met her i just new she was a great person. i hae lots of memories of Peggy, and will keep them with me forever! She will be missed but not forgotten. I know she is with Evert right now catching up!
