Obituary
STOUGHTON- Kathleen Mary (Grim) Haines, age 59, of Stoughton, passed away on Sunday, Oct. 31, 2010, at HospiceCare, Inc. She was born on March 20, 1951, in Stevens Point, the daughter of Vinal and Margaret Maureen (OShaughnessy) Grim. Kathy lived and worked in Milwaukee for more than 20 years. For the past 10 years, she was the office manager for Dr. Thomas Thies, her brother-in-law. Kathy was a loving and caring mother, sister, daughter, and friend to many. Kathy was an incredible interior decorator, painter and card creator. She is survived by her three children, Nancy (Matt) Kraus of West Bend, Laura (Scott) Jones of Butler, and Michael Haines of Stoughton; two grandchildren, Cameron and Kaleigh Kraus; sisters and brothers, Marianne (Dr. Tom) Thies, Suzanne (Mike) Peterson, Patricia (John) Butler, Daniel (Irene Browne) Grim, Thomas (Donna) Grim, John (Tracy) Grim and James (Cindy) Grim; and many nieces and nephews. Kathy was preceded in death by her parents, Vinal and Maureen; and brother, Joseph. Memorial services will be held at GUNDERSON STOUGHTON FUNERAL HOME, 1358 Hwy 51, Stoughton, at 1:00 p.m., on Thursday, Nov. 11, 2010, with Pastors Tom and Lori Wilke of Spirit Life Church presiding. Inurnment will be at Carrollton Cemetery in Fountain, Minn. Visitation will be held at the funeral home from 11 a.m. until the time of service on Thursday. Memorials may be made in Kathys name to Root Awakening (an African orphanage), HospiceCare, Inc., or Spirit Life Church in Mequon. The family would like to thank the entire HospiceCare team for their compassionate care of Kathy. Kathy fought the good fight, she ran her race and now is with Jesus face to face.

Inurnment will be at Carrollton Cemetery in Fountain, Minn.

My sincere condolences to the children and family of Kathy. Kathy was a true friend and a sister in Christ. I loved the times we spent together and the many memories we shared. She will truly be missed.
