Kenneth Mandel A.

MADISON-Kenneth A. Mandel, age 89, passed away on Sunday, November 21, 2010 at the Sterling House in Middleton. He was born on August 22, 1921, in Milwaukee, the son of Walter and Irma (Kegler) Mandel. Ken was united in marriage to Clarice M. Johnson on June 1, 1950 in Oconto. He was a graduate of Manitowoc County Normal School and received his bachelors of science degree at Milwaukee State Teachers College in Milwaukee. He worked for the State Department of Agriculture as a Lab Technician. Ken is survived by his children, Richard (Jane) Mandel of Gilbert, AZ., Craig Mandel of Minnetonka, MN., Pamela (Rich) Eggers of Belleville and a sister, Claire (Charles) Gibson of Gurney, IL. He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife, Clarice, a brother James Mandel, and a sister Audrey Fries. Private memorial services will be held at a later date.
