We will miss Mike. He was always a close friend, and will leave a big space in our lives. His humor, wit, charm, and honesty was refreshing each and every time we got together. We send our love and deep regret for his loss to Carol, and both families, who have lost a really great man.

Michael, I will always remember your kindness when I moved to Alaska and you and Carol took me under your wing. You were the best--and full of blarney up to your brown eyes. You be good and keep praying for the rest of us.

Carol,
I don't know if you remember me at all, but I worked with Mike at the MOA (I am a cartographer). I attended a few parties at your home and your BIG wedding anniversary party! We sure had a great group of people back in those days and Mike always was so entertaining. He will be missed by all of us who had the great pleasure of being his friend. I hope the pain will ease over time for you, and my thoughts and prayers are with you.
