I will never forget the help Rick and you provided me with our plan to take our daughter Mallory to see her beloved Packers for her senior year in high school a few years ago. My deepest condolences to the family of Rick Klann. I had the pleasure of working with Rick while he was a Federal Signal employee. He was a great person. Always upbeat, even when the pressures of work made that almost impossible. He always treated all of us in Customer Support with respect and patience and we appreciated that very much.He will be missed very much.
