Hi Bonnie, We were sad to see this obit. We enjoyed Don and his humor for so many years, he was a spark plug and an ignitor, and so much fun and and we had so many laughs with him. He was a gentle teddy bear type guy with fun and humor to light the way. He was a great emcee at the Shrine functions, and will be holding court at the pearly gates, waiting for us all to join him, and WHAT a party that will be. Take care, and stay strong. Bonnie and family, I was very sorry when I heard the message you left for my mother. She and my dad so enjoyed your and Don's adventures and friendship with them. I know Don and my dad are together again now. My sympathy and prays to you and your family. My mother will be in touch soon. Sherri Heise
