Baby Lana Marie Viviani VanHammond, passed away peacefully on April 24, 2011.She is survived by her loving parents Matthew Van Hammond and Kara Viviani; three sisters: Fiona Veirauch and Kiana and Khloey VanHammond; maternal and paternal grandparents, Rick and Lana Viviani and Tami VanHammond (special friend Tony Al-Gletta); aunts and uncles: Rick (Nichole) Viviani Jr., Joseph (Amanda) Viviani, Tyler (special friend Mandy McClement) VanHammond, and Tanner Ater; other relatives and friends.A memorial gathering will be held from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Sunday June 5th, 2011, at the Gunderson Funeral Home, 7435 Univerisity Ave., Middleton, in lieu of flowers, memorials appreciated in Lana's name.
