Donald 'Don' O. Neerland

Neerland, Donald O. "Don" MADISON-Donald O. "Don" Neerland, age 96, of Madison passed away on Sunday, May 1, 2011, at home with his family by his side. He was born on Feb. 28, 1915, in Amery, Wisc., the son of Ingvald and Cleo (Johnson) Neerland. He married Donna Jean Lensmeyer on Nov. 24, 1951, in Peoria, Ill. Don is survived by daughter, Debra Wells of Madison; son, Robert (Sandy) Neerland of Verona; grandchildren, Lori (Gary) Mackey, Jason Wells, Tamara Wells, Jeremy Wells, Ryan Neerland, and Breanna Neerland; great-grandchildren, Tayana Neerland, Kailey Wells, Jace and Jailyn Mackey; brothers, Robert, Lyle, Ted, and Roger Neerland; and sister, Donna Kramer. He was preceded in death by his wife; his parents; brothers, Herald, Herman, and Billy Neerland; and sister, Ella Jane Neerland.
