Knutson, Marilyn Kay (Aaberg)
STOUGHTON-Marilyn Kay (Aaberg) Knutson, age 67, passed away on Thursday, June 9, 2011, at Skaalen Nursing Home after a brief illness. She was born on July 31, 1943, in Stoughton, the daughter of Lloyd \"Bud\" and Olga (Anderson) Aaberg. Marilyn graduated from Stoughton High School. She retired from Stoughton Hospital in 2009 after 14 years of service. Marilyn enjoyed spending time with family and friends with an occasional trip to the casino to have fun. Survivors include her mother, Olga Aaberg, of Stoughton; two daughters, Anita (Sonny) White and Angela (Hutch) Hutcherson; son, Darin Carley, all of Stoughton; three grandsons, Gage White, Nicholas and Nathan Hutcherson; seven brothers, Billy Aaberg, Larry Aaberg, Dale Aaberg, Steve (Mary) Aaberg, Jeff (Dawn) Aaberg, Danny Aaberg and David Aaberg;four sisters, Barb (Gary Vogel) , Anne (Jack) Jurewicz, Betty (Dale) Tyler and Bonnie Aaberg; and 16 nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father, Lloyd Aaberg;andthree brothers, Phil Aaberg, James "Porkey" Aaberg, andDuane Aaberg.Funeral services will be held at GUNDERSON STOUGHTON FUNERAL HOME, 1358 Hwy 51, Stoughton at 2 p.m., on Saturday, June 11, 2011. Visitation will be at the funeral home from 1 p.m. until the time of the service on Saturday.
