Marjorie Ruth (Van Bussum) Vasy

Vasy, Marjorie Ruth (Van Bussum) MADISON/RACINE-Marjorie Vasy, age 87, passed away peacefully among family and friends on Wednesday, July 27, 2011. She was born on May 14, 1924 and was a long time resident of Racine. She spent her final years in Madison. Marjorie was a dedicated mother and homemaker. She had a green thumb and loved working in her garden. Marjorie was an avid reader and enjoyed spending time with visitors. Marjorie is survived by her daughter, Linda (Vasy) Roberts; daughter-in-law, Tina Frailey; grandchildren, Joseph Roberts, Melinda (Chris Lee) Roberts, Allegra Roberts, Stephani (Tim Thompson) Dalbesio, and Myla Dalbesio; sisters-in-law, Margaret Vasy, Adeline Vasy, Judy Vasy and Shirley Vasy; and brothers-in-law, Louis Vasy and Arthur Vasy; as well as several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Stephen; daughter, Nancy (Vasy) Dalbesio; son, Robert Vasy; sons-in-law, John Dalbesio and Michael Roberts; sisters, Charlotte Roby and Elizabeth Kuhnwald; sister-in-law, Ella Vasy; brothers-in-law, Julius Vasy, John Vasy, Henry Vasy, Eugene Roby and Arnold Kuhnwald; niece, Barbara Kuhnwald; and beloved family dogs, Ollie and Otis.
