CROSS PLAINS- Pamela A. “Pam” Andreoni, age 62, of Cross Plains, passed away on Saturday August 13, 2011 at HospiceCare in Fitchburg. She was born October 7, 1948 in LaSalle, Illinois, the daughter of Joseph and Helen (Konczak) Janz. Pam married J.Patrick Andreoni on July 8, 1972 in St. Patrick’s Catholic Church in LaSalle, Illinois. Pam was a loving wife and life long partner. She is an active member of St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church, working with both the adult and kids choirs. Pam is a member of the Ladies Legion Auxiliary Post #245 in Cross Plains. She often helped her husband Pat with the 5th Division Red Diamond magazine. She loved spending time with her grandchildren, reading, knitting, golfing, traveling to the Wisconsin football games, and doing her daily crossword puzzle. Pam is survived by her husband Pat, daughter Heather(Pete) Rentmeister of Cross Plains, 2 grandchildren Caitlin and Thomas, a brother Joseph(Diane) Janz, and a sister Margaret Hoelle. She is further survived by nephews, nieces, cousins, in-laws and many dear friends. Pam is preceded in death by her parents, and her aunt Marcella Slinde. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at ST. FRANCIS XAVIER CATHOLIC CHURCH, 2947 Thinnes St. Cross Plains, at 11:00 AM on Thursday August 18, 2011 with Fr. Tom Kelley presiding. Burial will be in St. Francis Xavier Catholic Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM on Wednesday August 17, 2011, and from 10:00 AM until the time of the service on Thursday, all at the church. Memorials may be made to HospiceCare Inc.
