Clematis H. 'Honey' Sitter

Tory, Jeff, Hannah, and Aaron, I met Honey when she came to sub at the Catholic school where I was teaching in Lecanto, FL. Her first words to the class were, "My name is Mrs. Sitter and I take no prisoners." -- they adored her and asked for her to come whenever I needed a sub. She also enthralled the classes when she would come to the school in her Coast Guard uniform to teach boating and swimming safety. Our school was hers--her strong support was deeply appreciated. We became friends, going to the Scottish Highland Games in Ocala, and sharing an interest in the local theater and going to some of its plays. When she moved to be near you, her letters were full of her enjoyment of holiday dinners and her pride in Hannah's and Aaron's achievements. I am a better person for having Honey as my friend.
