Photo Hansen, Sherry MADISON/STOUGHTON-Sherry Hansen, age 29, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, Sept. 16, 2011, at her home. She was born on Aug. 16, 1982, the daughter of David and Kathy (Anacker) Hansen. Sherry graduated from Stoughton High School in 2000. She was a volunteer member of the Salvation Army in Madison. Sherry loved art and poetry, and enjoyed her neighbors within her apartment complex. She is survived by her mother, Kathy; her brother, Lance; her grandparents, Norman and Janet Anacker; her cat, Yoti; and many other relatives and friends. Sherry was preceded in death by her father, David B. Hansen; her grandfather, David G. Hansen; and her grandmother, Mary Napstad. A celebration of Sherry’s life will be held at GUNDERSON STOUGHTON FUNERAL HOME, 1358 Hwy. 51, Stoughton, from Noon until 2 p.m., on Friday, Sept.23, 2011. Burial will follow at Graves Cemetery.
