I will miss seeing Chuck on Thursdays. He always met everyone with that classic "Chuck" smile. His wit and his story-telling were always enjoyable to listen to. He shared many stories about his military and DNR careers, and his time in Tucson. As a new DNR employee I first met Chuck at a new employee orientation class he was leading. Our thoughts and prayers are with Chuck and his family. -Dave

Dear Family, We were saddened when news came that your Dad had passed away. He was such a treasure, and always had a upbeat attitude all the years we knew him. He is in our hearts and know that our Lord has lifted him up in order that he could be with your Mom. Our love and prayers to all of you.

Our deepest condolences to the family of Mr. Rieck. We always remember sitting in from of Chuck and his daughter at the Mount Olive Church on Mineral Point Road. Chuck had a marvelous singing voice. We also remember reading excerpts about Chuck in a book entitled Stalag Wisconsin. Once again our thoughts and prayers are with you and for Chuck.
