Suzanne Ramsden

STOUGHTON – Suzanne Ramsden, age 76, of Stoughton passed away unexpectedly on Friday, March 16, 2012. She was born June 25, 1935 to Stan and Goodie Slinde. Suzanne married Dallas Ramsden on May 12, 1956. She was a beautician for over 25 years, working for Badger Beauty Salon and Betty’s Boutique as well as a farmer’s wife. Suzanne and Dallas enjoyed traveling. She was a volunteer at the Stoughton Senior Center and enjoyed doing Krumkake demonstrations at Syttende Mai. In addition she enjoyed playing cards at Stoughton Country Club where she was a member. Most of all, she loved spending time with her family and friends. Suzanne is survived by her children; Ray (Linda) of Cottage Grove, Barbara (Rick) Blomgren of Deerfield, Brian (Julie) of Stoughton, Gary (Kim) of Fort Atkinson. Grandchildren; Ramie (Rebecca), Dan, Joseph, Nick (Jen), Ryan, Allison, Kailee and Dallas; Great Grandchildren; Railey, Sydney and Easton; two brothers Keith (Sue) and Rod (Katie) Slinde. Suzanne was preceded in death by her husband and son Ken. Funeral services will be held at FIRST LUTHERAN CHURCH 310 E Washington St. Stoughton at 11 a.m. on Thursday, March 22, 2012 with Pastor Richard Halom officiating. Visitation will be held at GUNDERSON STOUGHTON FUNERAL HOME, 1358 Highway 51, Stoughton, from 4 p.m until 7 p.m. on Wednesday, March 21, 2012.
