My dearest grammy... how on earth do I explain my love for you?! The past few years I have grown so close to you and enjoyed our visits and phone calls so much. You left a huge imprint on my heart and my life. You were strong, beautiful and vibrant, to the say the least. You loved with your whole being and enjoyed everything in life. You gave what you could to those who needed you and you have made me so proud to be your grand daughter.
I'll forever cherish our time in July when you came to visit. We laughed and talked about everything. I got to know your whole life story in just a few short hours. God gave me that special time with you because he knew how special you were to me. Watching you get on that plane to go back home was so hard for me because I knew in my heart that could possibly be the last time I ever saw you. I will pass you on to Summer, your great grand daughter. She loved her Nana so much! She thought you were the coolest thing. I'm so happy she was able to get to know you through the years and we will cherish our pictures with you for a lifetime. You were the best Nana ever!
God blessed me with you and I will forever be greatful for the time we shared. Please watch over us Grandma, I need you more than ever. I'll keep your spunky attitude, smile and voice in my heart forever. You were certainly one of a kind. Rest peacefully beautiful lady. I'll love you forever!
