I would like to give my deepest sympathy and condolences to the family and friends of Charles. May God bless all of you, family, friends, and the people that Charles held a special place in their lives and hearts. I assisted at the scene of the accident in saying that, Charles has deeply touched my heart, I pray for him and all of you! May the Lord our Father bless each of you and give you peace at heart, and strength during this difficult time and always. May you find peace in knowing Charles is with our Heavenly Father and lives on in Spirit, in our hearts, and memories! God Bless you all. My prayers are with you.
