David, you will be forever missed in the Madison VA VISN 12 Call Center and Telephone Triage. Your kindness and compassion was a true asset and tribute to the Call Center. All of hearts are deeply crushed and lost. No one had any idea that you were critically ill, but just had another hiccup and would soon be back. May you rest in peace my dear co-worker. Terry Boyum
