He was an amazing uncle. Always ready to tell a story or share a joke, and full of this amazing energy that brightened a room. Lots of happy memories like the trip he took me and my cousins Derek and Kelsey on the Dells on - he was always ready for an adventure, and made each moment feel special. But what I'll miss most of all is his hug and "How you doin, Kid?" whenever I saw him. Uncle Darrell was one of a kind, and the hole he has left in our hearts and lives is pretty big. May he rest in peace.

Wow ,Darrell Bickle. 10/15/ 2014 Its a name I have not heard since I was a teen. I knew Darrell as a troublesome teenager. Much to the chagrin of my Grandparents ( The Asleson's ) .My brother Scott & I moved to Stoughton after bad behavior in Sun Prairie. Go to Stoughton Jr High was a brutal place, what with fights and bullies all over..I digress.. I hope that Darrell's kids read this. My brother was a friend of Darrell's .One weekend our ma & us took Darrell skiing in Wisconsin. The very first hill Darrell went down he broke his arm , if memory serves me it was arm.. Was laid out rest of the day..We moved a year later to Florida and I lived their most my except the past 14 I have lived in Northern Idaho. Now I will have to tell my brother... Darrell was a good guy & we will miss him Our Condolence to Darrell's family.. Kent Wilson
