Marilyn, Todd, Chris and Brent: Sorry to hear of Bill's passing; he was one of the most interesting and hardworking men I ever knew/worked with (@ UW-Madison). He took after Floyd a lot and taught me a lot when we worked together; he will definitely be missed by all of us in the family.

My sincere sympathies to the family of Bill. I knew Bill in the 80's and 90's when he lived in the Madison area and lived in a trailer with Alice Prochnow. I will always appreciate his humor and interesting conversations I had with him about a variety of topics. I had hoped to look him up in New Mexico but couldn't locate his address.

Dear Todd, Chris, Brent and Marilyn, I'm sorry to hear of the death of your father/brother and wish to send my sympathies to you all. I never did get out to see Bill at the nursing home/care center that he was living in, but Marilyn had told me sometime ago that his attention span was very limited and it would almost be a waste of time to visit. I know that he would not have recognized me anyway. It's best that I remember him as he was and a good friend and the times we were together. I see that you are planning a spring burial. If you would, please email me the details of where & when. I have moved back to WI and am enjoying life with camping, seeing old friends, etc.
