I had the good fortune to meet Colleen in person just a couple of weeks ago, through my work in paratransit. I would like to extend my condolences to her family and friends.

I have known Colleen for close to 20 years. We worked together when she was with Anthem and I work for the state so she was our rep. Colleen worked tirelessly and was very devoted to her work. But her true love was always her family. I have missed seeing Colleen over the past couple of years and have thought of her often. I am sorry that her children have lost a very special mom. Her love will remain with you forever. We are all better for having known Colleen.
