Cathy, Courtney & Jed, My deepest sympathy to you. I loved working with Les, I learned so much from him by watching how he helped people. He was so smart and kind, plus he had a great sense of humor. He will be missed.

Les is the coolest dude I ever got to work with. I admired his professional opinion, his sharp wit, his kindness towards and genuine interest in my family, and his cool appearance. Dear Cathy, Jed and Courtney, Les was a wonderful friend, man and boss that I had the great good fortune to know. His humor, kindness and honesty were among his most wonderful qualities. Les was awesome,,,, I started in the mortgage business the same time he started in the real estate business. I sent out a mass email and he was the only one who responded....I enjoyed working with him and was lucky enough to go to a couple Badger B-Ball games with him....Les you were one of the funniest most endearing people I ever met, may you have has much fun in heavin as you had here on earth. my thoughts and prayers sre with your family....... take care my friend Matt
